Refunds and Exchanges

At www.tresselle.ca we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, if there is a problem with one of our products, we will gladly accept returns or exchanges.

Return Policy
If you are not happy with your purchase, simply return the item/items within 14 days of delivery. All returns must be in their original condition and include all original packaging materials. We will issue a refund for the total value of the returned item/items, including taxes. Please note that we cannot provide refunds on shipping charges associated with returning items.

Exchange Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original condition and include their original packaging materials. Please note that we will not cover the cost of shipping for any exchanges.
