The shampoo contains a number of disinfectant and cleansing ingredients and thus provides excellent hair care with a tendency to excessive sebum production.
*Active ingredients: Essential oil from sweet orange - ensures a perfect refreshing, cleansing, detoxifying and antioxidant effect. It contains a high ratio of vitamin C, which not only guarantees beneficial effects on the scalp, but also leaves the hair full of elasticity and shine. Cajeput essential oil - works as a great antiseptic, also disinfects, soothes and heals. Menthol essential oil - leaves a fresh feeling, perfectly disinfects. Willow extract - reduces the production of sebum, cleanses the scalp, tones and at the same time treats dry and damaged hair and supports its growth.White clay - an ingredient effective as a sebum absorber, has excellent antiseptic, healing and cleansing properties.
Use: Apply to wet hair, gently massage in to form an emulsion. Leave on for a few minutes and then rinse thoroughly. Repeat as needed.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER GETS STUCK OR LOST IN THE MAIL?
All of our orders are sent with insured shipping and handling. If an order gets stuck, sent back or even lost during the delivery process, we apologize! The postal service is out of our control. However, in cases like this, because the packages are insured, we will send you a new package with quicker shipping and full tracking, if possible. Please see our refund and return policy for when these might be applicable to shipping situations.

Cancelling or Canceled Orders: Eligible for full refund, including S&H, ONLY if cancelled prior to shipping. We cannot process claims, refunds or additional requests once package is in transit with the carrier. You have 30 minutes to cancel your order.

Return Policy
If you are not happy with your purchase, simply return the item/items within 14 days of delivery. All returns must be in their original condition and include all original packaging materials. We will issue a refund for the total value of the returned item/items, including taxes. Please note that we cannot provide refunds on shipping charges associated with returning items.
